Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the day of order. Closet on the Go Ltd. does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
All orders require a signature upon receipt and for that reason we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Closet on the Go hopes that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement within fourteen days of your receipt of goods only if the items are un-opened and in their original packaging.
Should you wish to return your goods, please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide full details of your original order.
Please obtain a proof of purchase when posting your return and enclose your original dispatch note or add a cover letter with your contact details and order number and clearly state if you would prefer a refund or exchange.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Closet on the Go as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the goods to us.
Any items delivered to you which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our customer care via email at: email@example.com
Goods purchased as a sale item or special purchase may not be returned or refunded.
Specially ordered items may not be returned or refunded.
