Fendi PFW AW17-18

If you love spring, colorful gardens, flowers and when it comes to fashion, floral patterns, then this Fendi Couture Collection might turn out to be your favorite.

A couture collection based on flowers with vibrant and lively colors that looked like little gardens on clothing – it was beautiful, imaginative and the way the flowers were put together was very creative. For this Fendi couture collection, the company’s creative director did not just places flowers or painted them on ready colored clothing. On the contrary, we saw flowers put very closely together as if they were the ones that formed a type of fabric and that no fabric was used for the creation of the design. Yes, floral is a usual pattern frequently used on spring/summer and fall seasons, but the way Fendi did floral this time, is a collection worth seeing.

We, also, saw fur and embroidered details on a ton of dresses, which appeared to be the design Fendi worked most of. However, there were also many floral suits and jumpsuits with c-through details and tight waistline on every piece. Prominent waistline also seems to be a very powerful catwalk trend right now.

This Fendi couture collection was truly like a work of romantic art, while also aiming to highlight the worldwide known feminine side of every woman through flowers – the main romantic element – combined with suits – a way to also highlight a woman’s powerful stance in the world. We are talking about the combination of a woman’s personality, the good and innocent flower-like side, mixed with the girl- boss in her, the one who is ready to take over the world.

This Fendi collection was truly romantically powerful.

I am a sunshine mixed with a little hurricane.
Ambitious at heart, with a deep love for fashion, style and luxury I am ready to take over the (fashion) world with my leather jacket on my shoulders. I enjoy my time on the web, especially on social media on which I am very active.
Fashion and luxury are two senses very much related, after all luxury never goes out of fashion.
